Rob has always been an entrepreneur. He first established a Hot Shot delivery service to meet the growing needs of the Albertan oilrigs and since then has championed 3 other startups. During his previous presidency at True North Clothing Company, the company was named as one of Canada’s 100 fastest growing companies in 1999 and had 450 retailers worldwide carrying its products. Rob is currently President and CEO of Arthurs Ventures Inc.

In addition to his management experience, Rob is a certified business coach with more than 3500 coaching hours of experience. He has spoken at over 80 events all over Canada and the USA. He has written, developed and delivered business workshops and support materials for clients such as the Royal Bank of Canada, and several colleges in Canada.

Rob plays an active role in the community as the past chair of Harvest Project, as well as the Advisory Planning Commission of The City of North Vancouver, Rotary, and Junior Achievement.

Rob was nominated Entrepreneur of the Year in 1994 and 1997 and for the Business Ethics in Action award in 1997. In 2003, he was nominated as Business Person of the Year in North Vancouver.

Today Rob is an author, guest business columnist, Certified Business Coach, and Business Mechanic & Entrepreneur Trainer that passionately shares his expertise with start-ups and existing businesses.
